摘要
目的:观察瑞马唑仑(remazolam,RZ)对蛛网膜下腔出血(subarachnoid hemorrhage,SAH)大鼠的神经保护作用。方法:SD大鼠体质量280~350g,共45只,用改良枕大池二次注血法建立大鼠SAH模型,术后随机分为3组:假手术组(Sham组)、蛛网膜下腔出血组(SAH组)、蛛网膜下腔出血泵注瑞马唑仑组(SAH+RZ组)。术后统计神经功能障碍评分,脑组织含水量,IL-6、TNF-α和S100β相对表达量。结果:神经功能障碍评分:SAH组<SAH+RZ组<Sham组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。脑组织含水量:SAH组<SAH+RZ组<Sham组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。TNF-α、IL-6、S100β相对表达量水平:SAH组<SAH+RZ组<Sham组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:瑞马唑仑可通过改善蛛网膜下腔出血大鼠神经功能障碍、减轻蛛网膜下腔出血大鼠脑组织的病理学改变、脑水肿和炎症反应,发挥神经保护作用。
Objective:To observe the neuroprotective effect of remazolam(RZ)on subarachnoid hemorrhage(SAH)rats.Methods:Forty five SD rats weighing 280~350g were randomly divided into three groups:sham operation group(Sham group),subarachnoid hemorrhage group(SAH group)and subarachnoid hemorrhage group(SAH+RZ group).Postoperative neurological dysfunction score,brain water content,IL-6,TNF-α and S100β Relative expression quantity.Results:The score of neurological dysfunction:SAH group<SAH+RZ group<Sham operation group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Brain water content:SAH group<SAH+RZ group<Sham operation group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).TNF-α、IL-6、S100β.Relative expression level:SAH group<SAH+RZ group<Sham operation group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:Remazolam can play a neuroprotective role by improving the neurological dysfunction and alleviating the pathological changes,brain edema and inflammatory reaction in rats with subarachnoid hemorrhage.
