以问题为导向的目标教育联合八段锦康复运动在慢性心力衰竭患者中的应用

Application of problem oriented goal education combined with Baduanjin rehabilitation exercise in patients with chronic heart failure

目的:探讨以问题为导向的目标教育联合八段锦康复运动在慢性心力衰竭患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2020-12~2021-05我院收治的108例慢性心力衰竭患者作为研究对象,随机分为干预组与常规组,各54例,给予常规组行常规护理干预,干预组在常规护理基础上接受以问题为导向的目标教育联合八段锦康复运动。对比不同干预方式对两组患者的干预效果。结果:干预后,干预组各项心理弹性评分均明显高于常规组(P<0.05);干预组出院时、出院后第1、3个月自护能力评分及生活质量评分均明显低于常规组(P<0.05);干预组6min步行距离明显多于常规组,N末端脑钠肽(NT-proBNP)水平明显低于常规组,再次住院率为1.85%,明显低于常规组12.96%(P<0.05)。结论:针对慢性心力衰竭患者,给予其以问题为导向的目标教育联合八段锦康复运动进行干预,可提升患者心理弹性、自护能力,同时对改善患者心功能,提高患者生活质量及降低患者再次住院率。

Objective:To explore the application effect of problem-oriented goal education combined with Baduanjin rehabilitation exercise in patients with chronic heart failure.Methods:A study of 108 patients with chronic heart failure admitted to our hospital from December 2020 to May 2021 were randomly divided into the intervention group,the routine group,54 cases in each group,and the control group with routine care.The intervention group received routine care on the basis of routine care.Problem-oriented goal education combined with Baduanjin rehabilitation campaign.Compare the effects of different intervention methods.Results:After the intervention,the psychological resilience scores of the intervention group were significantly higher than those of the conventional group(P<0.05);the self-care ability scores and the quality of life scores of the intervention group were significantly lower than those of the conventional group at the time of discharge and the first,and third months after discharge Group(P<0.05);after the intervention,the 6-min walk distance of the intervention group was significantly longer than that of the conventional group,the level of N-terminal brain natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP)was significantly lower than that of the conventional group,and the readmission rate of 1.85%was significantly lower than that of the conventional group 12.96%(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with chronic heart failure,intervening with problem-oriented goal education combined with Baduanjin rehabilitation exercise can improve the mental flexibility and self-care ability of patients,and at the same time improve the cardiac function of patients,improve the quality of life of patients,and reduce the recurrence of patients.The hospitalization rate is of great significance and has high application value.
