摘要
目的:研究多学科协作下团体健康管理在肾脏移植患者中的应用。方法:选取2019-09~2021-08我院82例肾脏移植患者,按照入院时间分为对照组和团队组,各41例。对照组实施常规护理,团队组在对照组基础上实施多学科协作下团体健康管理。比较两组护理前后抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、健康促进生活方式量表-Ⅱ(HPLP-Ⅱ)评分、简明健康状况调查量表(SF-36)评分。结果:护理后团队组SDS评分、SAS评分较对照组低(P<0.05);护理后团队组营养评分、运动锻炼评分、压力管理评分、健康责任感评分较对照组高(P<0.05);护理后团队组生理职能评分、精神健康评分、一般健康状况评分较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论:多学科协作下团体健康管理应用于肾脏移植患者,可减轻患者负性情绪,改善患者健康行为水平,提高患者生活质量。
Objective:To study the application value of group health management in kidney transplant patients under multidisciplinary cooperation.Methods:A total of 82 kidney transplant patients in our hospital from September 2019 to August 2021 were selected and divided into groups according to the time of admission,41 cases in each case.The control group implements routine care,and the team group implements group health management under multidisciplinary collaboration on the basis of the control group.Compare the two groups before and after nursing with self-rating depression scale(SDS),self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)scores,health promotion lifestyle scale-Ⅱ(HPLP-Ⅱ)scores,and concise health status survey scale(SF-36)score.Results:The SDS score and SAS score of the team group after nursing were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The nutrition score,exercise score,stress management score,and health responsibility score of the team group after nursing were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The physiological function score,mental health score,and general health status score of the team group after nursing were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of group health management to kidney transplant patients under multidisciplinary cooperation can reduce the patient's negative emotions,improve the patient's health behavior level,and improve the patient's quality of life.
