基于Miseq测序技术分析脑缺血对大鼠肠道菌群多样性的相关作用

摘要 目的:研究脑缺血对肠道菌多样性的相关作用。方法:将6只身体状况相似的雄性大鼠随机分为3组:对照组、双侧颈动脉结扎3d组、双侧颈动脉结扎7d组,每组2只,待实验操作结束后分别取其粪便,多次进行实验并基于Miseq方法测序分析。结果:肠道微生物测序合理,脑缺血可导致大鼠OTUS组成变化与Alpha水平多样性的失调,其样品中厚壁菌门等丰度降低,而拟杆菌、变形杆菌及一些未分类菌群数目上升,且随结扎天数越多,其变化更为明显,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:脑缺血导致肠道菌群的丰富度和多样性发生变化,这种变化可使有益菌多样性及丰度下降,有害菌及未分类的细菌多样性及丰度上升。
