自拟续骨汤联合椎体成形术治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折的疗效观察

Observation of Curative Effect of Self-made XuGu Decoction Combined with Vertebroplasty in the Treatment of Osteoporotic Vertebral Compression Fractures

目的探讨自拟续骨汤联合椎体成形术治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折患者的临床疗效。方法选取2018年10月至2021年10月我院收治的骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折患者100例,按照随机分组法,分为对照组47例与观察组53例。前者行椎体成形术+常规治疗,后者在此基础上复合自拟续骨汤治疗,对两组治疗前、术后第一天,治疗3个月后,Oswestry功能障碍指数(Oswestry disability index,ODI)评分、视觉模拟评分法(Visual analogue scale,VAS)、中医症候评分、骨密度进行统计学分析评价临床疗效。结果与治疗前相比,两组VAS评分、ODI评分、中医症候积分明显下降,骨密度均明显提升,比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),且观察组比对照组改善明显(P<0.05)。观察组和对照组不良反应发生率分别为1.89%(1/53)和2.13%(1/47),两组不良反应发生率组间对比无差异(P>0.05)。结论自拟续骨汤联合椎体成形术治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折患者的疗效优越,且安全性良好,可在临床参考应用。

OBJECTIVE To explore the clinical efficacy of self-made XuGu decoction combined with vertebroplasty in the treatment of patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures METHODS A total of 100 patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture admitted to our hospital from October 2018 to October 2021 were selected and divided into control group(47 cases)and observation group(53 cases)according to random grouping method(coin flipping method).The former group received vertebroplasty plus routine treatment,while the latter group received self-made XuGu decoction on the basis of vertebroplasty.The oswestry disability index(ODI)score,visual analogue scale(VAS),TCM syndrome score and bone mineral density were statistically analyzed to evaluate the clinical efficacy.RESULTS Compared with before treatment,VAS score,ODI score and TCM syndrome score were significantly decreased,and bone mineral density was significantly increased in both groups(P<0.05),and observation group was significantly improved compared with control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group and the control group was 1.89%(1/53)and 2.13%(1/47),respectively,and there was no difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).CONCLUSION Self-made XuGu Decoction combined with vertebroplasty has superior curative effect and good safety in the treatment of patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures,which can be used for clinical reference.
