厦门市海沧区药事综合管理体系的建立与社区卫生服务中心药学发展

Establishment of Pharmaceutical Management System and Pharmaceutical Development of Community Health Service Center in Haicang District of Xiamen

目的 规范社区医疗卫生机构药事管理,促进社区药学建设发展。方法 介绍厦门市海沧区药事综合管理体系及其促进社区药学发展的措施。对比“区药事管理质控上报数据库”中2018年12月~2021年12月社区的药学发展指标及药事质控指标,分析社区药学发展现状。结果通过区药事质控中心督导培训;增强了社区药师对慢病患者的服务能力;社区卫生服务中心药学发展的主要指标(药师数量、西药门急诊处方调配张数、中药代煎送人次、药品不良反应上报例数等)持续增加;药事质控的指标(门诊处方合格率、门急诊抗菌药物使用率、门急诊静脉处方比例、门诊中医类别处方比例、中药饮片处方比例)在控制范围。结论 依托厦门市海沧区药事综合管理体系,规范了社区药事综合管理及质量控制,社区药学服务水平及服务能力得到了提高。

OBJECTIVE Standardize the Pharmaceutical affairs management of community health service center,to promote the development of Community pharmaceutical development.METHODS The measures which promoted the development of Community Pharmaceutical development after established by Haicang District of Xiamen quality control system for pharmacy management were introduced.Compare the pharmaceutical quality control metrics of the community from Dec.2018 to Dec.2021 in the “Haicang District of Xiamen Province Pharmacy Management Quality Control Network Reporting System”,and analyze the current situation of community pharmaceutical development.RESULTS Through the training of the district pharmaceutical quality control center,the service ability of community pharmacists for patients with chronic disease was improved.Pharmaceutical development indexes( the number of pharmacists,the number of drug dispensing,the number of TCM decoction service,the number of therapeutic drug monitoring( TDM)) in community health service centers continued to increase.The pharmaceutical quality control index( qualified prescription rate,usage rate of Antibiotic in outpatient,rates of prescription intravenous injection use in outpatient,prescription utilization rate of Chinese herbal medicine) was reasonable.CONCLUSION Both service ability and service level of pharmacy in Haicang District of Xiamen by the estab lishment of the community quality control system for pharmacy management.
