前置审方系统在病区医嘱合理用药管理方面的应用

Application of Prescription Checking System in the Management of Reasonable Medication in Wards

目的 建立并完善医院病区医嘱前置审方系统,构建合理用药管理体系,探究审方系统在病区医嘱合理用药方面的应用效果。方法对我院2021年1~12月病区医嘱审核案例和相关重要数据进行整理分析,考察审方系统在病区医嘱合理用药管理中的应用成效。结果 病区医嘱前置审方可以实现在源头上对不合理医嘱实施干预,医师的接受率相对较高,有效提高了医嘱的合理率,降低用药错误的发生风险。结论前置审方系统经过完善后是辅助药师提升医院合理用药水平的有力抓手和工具,充分利用好前置审方系统可以大力改善医院的合理用药情况,同时也是审方药师和临床药师共同承担的重要职责。

OBJECTIVE To establish and improve the prescription-checking system in hospital wards,constructing the reasonable medication management system,and explore the application effect of prescription-checking system.METHODS The related data of prescription checking in medical advice from January to December2021 in our hospital were summarized and analyzed,and the application effect of prescription checking system in the management of reasonable medication in wards was investigated.RESULTS The real-time checking the inpatient prescriptions could interfere from the source of unreasonable medical orders.Physician acceptance rates were relatively high.It could effectively improve the rationality of medical orders and reduce the risk of medication errors.CONCLUSION Real-time checking system is a powerful gripper and tools for pharmacists improving rational drug use level.Making full use of the system can greatly improve the rational use of drugs in hospitals,and it’s also an important responsibility shared by the prescription-checking pharmacist and clinical pharmacist.
