带量采购政策下他汀类药物在我院的应用分析

Analysis on The Application of Statins in Our Hospital under The Policy of Purchasing With Quantity

目的 探讨药品集中带量采购政策执行后我院他汀类药物的应用情况。方法 收集我院集中带量采购执行前(2020年1月~3月)、集中带量采购执行后(2021年1月~3月)他汀类药物的使用情况,对其品规、使用量及用药频度(DDDs)、日均费用(DDC)等进行统计和分析。结果 药品集中带量采购执行以后,我院他汀类药物品规由原来的6个增加到11个,他汀类药物使用总量增加66.47%,DDC下降幅度为22.58%~72.35%,各品规用药更趋于均衡。结论 实行药品集中带量采购后他汀类药物品类丰富,价格下降明显,切实减轻患者用药负担,值得推广。

OBJECTIVE To explore the application of statins in our hospital after the implementation of the centralized drug procurement with volume policy.METHODS The use of statins in our hospital before the implementation of centralized procurement with volume( January-March 2020) and after the implementation of centralized procurement with volume( January-March 2021) was collected.Study the product regulation,the volume of drug use,the frequency of drug use( DDDs) and the average daily cost( DDC),etc.with statistical analysis.RESULTS After the implementation of centralized drug procurement,the statin product regulations in our hospital increased from 6to 11,the total use of statins increased by 66.47%,and the DDC decreased by 22.58%-72.35%.Medication tends to be more balanced.CONCLUSION After the implementation of centralized drug procurement,the statin drugs are rich in categories,and the price has dropped significantly,which can effectively reduce the drug burden of patients and is worthy of promotion.
