Construction and Discussion of “Double Channel”Prescription Circulation Platform

目的 探讨“双通道”处方流转平台建设,为医疗机构落实谈判药品“双通道”工作提供参考。方法 “双通道”处方流转平台医院内建设主要包括HIS系统改造对接、处方审核系统建设以及双通道药品使用监测与分析等,实现“双通道”处方流转,并加强对处方流转处方审核与监管。结果 顺利完成双通道处方流转平台信息接口对接、HIS系统改造和测试工作,顺利开出双通道处方,并陆续完成“双通道”处方审核系统及“双通道”处方监测系统建设工作。结论 通过“双通通”处方流转平台建设,不仅进一步提升了谈判药品供应保障水平、提高谈判药品的可及性,也为医疗机构处方信息、医保结算信息与药品零售消费信息互联互通、实时共享提供技术支持。

OBJECTIVE To explore the construction of “dual channel”prescription circulation platform,and provide reference for medical institutions to implement the “dual channel”work of negotiating drugs.METHODS The construction of the“dual channel”prescription circulation platform in the hospital mainly includes the transformation and docking of his system,the construction of prescription review system,and the monitoring and analysis of dual channel drug use,so as to realize the “dual channel”prescription circulation,and strengthen the review and supervision of prescription circulation.RESULTS We successfully completed the docking of the information interface of the dual channel prescription circulation platform,the transformation and testing of his system,successfully issued dual channel prescriptions,and successively completed the construction of“dual channel”prescription review system and “dual channel prescription monitoring system”.CONCLUSION Through the construction of“double connect”prescription circulation platform,it not only further improves the supply guarantee level of negotiated drugs and the accessibility of negotiated drugs,but also provides technical support for the interconnection and real-time sharing of prescription information,medical insurance settlement information and drug retail consumption information of medical institutions.
