基于EMG的手持式推杆清洁电器用户肌肉疲劳评价研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的从人因工程的理论角度出发,利用表面肌电信号(Electromyography,EMG)对用户长时间使用手持式推杆清洁电器所诱发的肌肉疲劳进行检测和评价,从而形成一种可广泛应用于清洁电器人机交互界面舒适性评估的通用量化方法。方法选取5台不同界面设计的手持式推杆吸尘器样机,采用5×5×5被试内设计采集不同样机模拟清洁任务下用户4组肌电特征参数:积分肌电(Integral Electromyography,IEMG)、均方根振幅(Root Mean Square,RMS)、平均功率频率(Mean Power Frequency,MPF)以及中值频率(Middle Frequency,MF)。通过双因素重复测量方差分析法(Two-way repeated-measures ANOVA)分析各肌电参数随时间和样机两个因素的变化特性。结果(1)肱二头肌上的肌电活动对疲劳最为敏感,证实IEMG、RMS、MPF、MF可以作为手持式推杆清洁电器任务过程中肌肉疲劳评价的有效指标;(2)5台样机的交互舒适性体验水平依次为:样机2>样机3>样机1>样机4>样机5。结论本研究成果可作为一种通用量化的方法应用到手持推杆式清洁电器人机交互界面舒适性评估,为后期产品界面设计和迭代优化评估提供理论依据。 Objective The EMG signal was used to detect and evaluate the muscle fatigue induced by the use of hand-held push-rod cleaning appliances for a long time,with the human-factors engineering theory,so as to form a general objective quantitative method that could be applied to evaluate the comfort of human-computer interface of cleaning appliance.Methods Five hand-held push-rod vacuum cleaners with different interactive interfaces were chosen,and 5x5x5 within-subject design was used.The EMG signals of multiple muscle channels of users under the simulated cleaning task of different prototypes were then collected,and 4 groups of EMG characteristic parameters(IEMG,RMS,MPF and MF)were obtained after signal pre-processing and feature extraction.Two-way repeated measure,ANOVA,was used to analyze the variation characteristics of all EMG parameters with time and prototype,and subjective evaluation was used as an auxiliary verification method to obtain effective evaluation indicators.The EMG signals of different cleaning tasks were collected in different muscle tissues of the human bodies.Four EMG characteristic parameters,IEMG,RMS,MPF and MF in different muscle tissues were computed and the variety characteristics with two factors,time and prototype category were analyzed.Combined with the subjective evaluation results,effective evaluation indicators for muscle fatigue were obtained,and the comparison of different vacuum cleaner operating interfaces was completed from the perspective of human fatigue.Results (1)The EMG activity of biceps is the most sensitive to fatigue,which proved that IEMG,RMS,MPF and MF can be used as effective indicators of muscle fatigue evaluation during the task of hand-held push rod cleaning appliance.(2)Meanwhile,the interactive comfort experience levels of the five prototypes were successively as follows:Prototype 2>Prototype 3>Prototype 1>Prototype 4>Prototype 5.Conclusion The research results can be used as a general quantitative method to evaluate the comfort of human-computer interaction interface of hand-held push-rod cleaning appliances,and provide a theoretical basis for later product interface design and iterative optimization evaluation.
