达芬奇机器人经肛门微创手术:治疗直肠良性肿瘤的一种新技术

Da Vinci robotic transanal minimally invasive surgery:a new technique for excision of rectal benign neoplasia

应用达芬奇机器人经肛门微创手术(transanal minimally invasive surgery,TaMIS)治疗直肠良性肿瘤越来越受欢迎,但在国内鲜见报道。解放军总医院于2022年1月成功完成了1例达芬奇机器人TaMIS,手术时间约40 min,术中出血约10 ml,术后无并发症。术后病理检查提示直肠管状腺瘤,切缘未见肿瘤。达芬奇机器人手术操作系统有利于TaMIS的开展,迎合保肛保功能的外科手术的发展趋向,发展潜力大。

The da Vinci robot minimally invasive transanal surgery has become a popular technique for rectal benign neoplasia,but is rarely reported in China.In Jan.2022,the first robotic transanal minimally invasive surgery for rectum polyp was performed in the PLA General Hospital,with the surgical time of approximately 40 min and an amount of blood loss of approximately 10 ml,with no perioperative complications and no postoperative pathological evidence of tumor residue.Da Vinci robotic surgical operating system has the potential to facilitate minimally invasive transanal surgery and meet the trend for anal preservation and functional surgery.
