适应新时代社会心理服务的心理测评问卷编制问题研究——以生活事件量表修订的思路与编制为例

Research on the Compilation of Psychological Evaluation Questionnaire for Social Psychological Service in the New Era——Take the Revision and Compilation of Life Event Scale as an Example

基于新时代社会心理服务工作的需要,心理健康与心理素质测评问卷编制需要处理好心理测评问卷量表设计的人口学变量区别问题、心理障碍疾病临床测评诊断的自陈测验效用问题、心理测评问卷量表发放与被试态度限制问题、沙盘游戏主题统觉投射测验的使用范围问题.目前通用的生活事件量表LES,随着时代变迁、社会发展,很多题目难以适应实测预测需要,缺乏信度和效度,需要区分职业、性别、区域、民族等人口学变量,重新修订编制成套的分册生活事件量表,以适应新时代民众心理危机预防的定期普查需要,为临床治疗提供更准确的心理测评和归因分析工具就显得必要而迫切.

Based on the needs of social psychological services in the new era,the preparation of psychological health and psychological quality evaluation questionnaire needs to deal with the differences of demographic variables in the design of psychological evaluation questionnaire,the effectiveness of self-report test in the clinical evaluation and diagnosis of mental disorders,the distribution of psychological evaluation questionnaire and the restriction of subjects’attitude,and the scope of application of sand table game theme apperception projection test.With the changes of the times and social development,many questions of the current general life event scale(LES)are difficult to meet the needs of actual measurement and prediction,and lack of reliability and validity.It is necessary to distinguish demographic variables such as occupation,gender,region and nationality,and revise and compile a complete set of sub volume life event scale to meet the needs of regular general survey of people’s psychological crisis prevention in the new era,and it also provides a more accurate attribution analysis tool for psychological crisis evaluation for clinical treatment.
