摘要
高职院校课堂教学明显存在着“五多五少”现象.这些现象既受到师道尊严、教学三中心等传统教学观念的制约,也与教师的教学习惯形成的“路径依赖”、育人责任缺失、专业理论应用能力缺乏等因素密切相关.践行“学本教育”理念、根据教学要素选择教学方法、正确处理“必教”与“可教”的关系、优化管理环境激发教师责任心、校企合作培养双师素质教师是提高课堂教学质量的有效途径.
It is found that there is an obvious phenomenon of "five more and five less" in classroom teaching in higher vocational colleges.These phenomena are not only restricted by the traditional teaching concepts such as the dignity of teachers and the three teaching centers,but also closely related to the "path dependence" formed by teachers’ teaching habits, the lack of education responsibility and other factors.The effective ways to improve the quality of classroom teaching are to practice the concept of "learning-based education", choose teaching methods according to teaching elements, correctly handle the relationship between "must teach" and "can teach", optimize the management environment to stimulate teachers’ responsibility, and train teachers through school-enterprise cooperation.
