高校学生择业意向的年级变化及影响因素分析——以兰州大学为例

Analysis of Grade Changes and Influencing Factors of College Students’ Career Choice Intentions——Taking Lanzhou University as an Example

以兰州大学为研究案例,通过调查问卷和深度访谈对大学生择业意向及其影响因素进行调研.结果发现:大学一年级至四年级学生的择业意向表现出“创业或国企—党政机关—考研—事业单位或中小企业”的变化规律,生源地、专业、成绩和家庭月收入对于大学生的择业意向有显著影响.生源地影响择业意向地域,专业对于大学一年级学生的择业意向有明显影响,成绩对于大学三年级学生的择业意向有明显影响,成绩和家庭月收入对于大学四年级学生的择业意向有显著影响.文章对当前高校的职业生涯规划提出了建议,力求寻找COVID-19背景下兰州市大学生择业意向的影响因素,以期为高校在新常态下大学生职业生涯规划教育提供决策参考.

Taking Lanzhou University as a case study, this paper investigates college students ’ career choice intentions and their influencing factors through questionnaires and in-depth interviews. The results of the study found that the career choice intentions of f reshman to senior year students showed the change rules of "entrepreneurship/state-owned enterprises—party and government organs—postgraduate entrance examination—institutions/small and medium-sized enterprises", and students ’ hometown, major, achievement and monthly family income have a significant impact on college students’ career choice intention. Specifically, the place of origin of students affects the region of career choice intention, the major has a significant impact on the career choice intention of freshman students, the grade has a significant impact on the career choice intention of junior college students, and grades and monthly family income have a significant impact on senior students ’ career choice intention. Finally, this paper puts forward suggestions for the current career planning of colleges and universities, and strives to find out the influencing factors of college students’ career choices in Lanzhou under the background of COVID-19, in order to provide suggestions for colleges and universities to carry out career planning education under the new normal.
