摘要
青海高原羊肚菌品质高、营养佳、绿色有机无污染,深受消费者喜爱,具有广阔的市场发展潜力。高原羊肚菌产业在青海发展已初具规模,为加快将高原羊肚菌打造成为青海绿色有机农畜产品输出地的重要组成部分,文章梳理了青海高原羊肚菌产业发展的现状和优势,分析了产业发展存在的问题,并对青海高原羊肚菌产业发展提出了建议与对策。
Qinghai plateau morel has the characteristics of high quality,abundant nutrition,green organic and pollution-free.It is deeply loved by consumers and has a broad market development potential.The plateau morel industry has formed and developed in Qinghai Province.In order to accelerate the plateau morel to become an important part of Qinghai’s green organic agricultural and livestock product export area,this paper sorts out the current situation and advantages of plateau morel industry development in Qinghai Province,analyzes the problems of industrial development,and puts forward suggestions and countermeasures for the development of plateau morel industry in Qinghai.
