锂电池隔膜用高纯薄水铝石制备技术研究

摘要 锂离子电池由于高质量比能量(120~150瓦时/千克)、高循环寿命、无记忆效应、无环境污染等优点,在移动电话、摄像机、笔记本电脑等便携式电器上大量应用,并且随着电动汽车和混合动力车的加速投入市场,更是将大功率动力锂离子电池推向了发展高潮。锂电池将成为未来科技和市场发展的主要方向之一,而隔膜作为锂电池四大部件之一,决定着锂电池的安全性能,市场需求旺盛。薄水铝石是生产锂电池隔膜的关键材料之一,本文探讨和研究了通过水热法制备锂电池隔膜用高纯薄水铝石的技术方法和关键控制因素。 Lithium-ion batteries are widely used in mobile phones,cameras,laptops and other portable appliances,on account of their advantages of high quality specific energy(120~150 watt-hours/kg),high cycle life,no memory effect,no environmental pollution and so on.With the acceleration of electric vehicles and hybrid vehicles into the market,high-power lithium-ion batteries have been pushed to a climax.Lithium battery will become one of the main directions of the future development of technology and market,and the diaphragm,as one of the four components of lithium battery,determines the safety performance of lithium battery,and the market demand for it is strong.Boehmite is one of the key materials for producing lithium battery diaphragm.This paper discusses and studies the preparation technical method and the key control factors of high purity tboehmite by hydrothermal method for lithium battery diaphragm.
