唾液腺超声评分系统在干燥综合征诊断中的应用进展

Application Progress of Salivary Gland Ultrasound Scoring System in Sjogren’s Syndrome

干燥综合征是以涎腺和泪腺功能受损为主要病变的慢性自身免疫性疾病,临床主要表现为口干、眼干。目前诊断干燥综合征的标准中,部分检查方法具有一定的局限性。唾液腺超声广泛应用于干燥综合征检查中,本文对唾液腺超声的主要评分系统及其在干燥综合征中的应用进展进行综述。

Sjogren′s syndrome(SS)is a chronic autoimmune disease with impaired function of salivary and lacrimal glands.The major clinical manifestations are dry mouth and dry eyes.In the current diagnostic criteria of SS,some examination methods have certain limitations.As a cheap,easily available,non radioactive,repeatable examination method,salivary gland ultrasound is widely used in the examination of SS,and there are many researches about salivary gland ultrasound.This paper reviews main scoring systems of salivary gland ultrasound and their application progress in SS.
