摘要
随着制造业的快速发展,五轴数控机床为了满足特殊工艺的需要,在结构上进行了改进,现有的激光干涉仪配合回转轴校准装置无法进行对光完成试验。文中设计并研制适用于五轴数控机床的定位精度和重复定位精度试验测试辅助对光装置,解决现有设备无法进行特殊结构的定位精度和重复定位精度检测的问题,可以优化试验的程序,克服现有检验的难点,改进检验工作效率,为推动五轴数控机床定位精度和重复定位精度试验提供借鉴。
With the rapid development of manufacturing industry,five-axis CNC machine tools have been improved in structure in order to meet the needs of special processes.The existing laser interferometer with the rotating axis calibration device cannot be used for focusing alignment and cannot complete the test..This paper designs and develops an auxiliary aiming device for positioning accuracy and repeated positioning accuracy test of five-axis CNC machine tools,which solves the problem that the existing equipments cannot detect the positioning accuracy and repeated positioning accuracy of special structures.It can optimize the test procedure,overcome the difficulties of the existing inspection,improve the inspection efficiency,and provide reference for promoting the positioning accuracy and repeated positioning accuracy test of five-axis CNC machine tools.
