摘要
传统过欠压保护器动作特性试验主要是通过手动调节调压器至所需过压值或欠压值后利用示波器输出波形值计算动作时间,为克服人为调节产生的误差以及示波器测取动作时间时的繁琐,文中对过欠压自动测试系统做了相关研究,并借助 LabVIEW软件平台与程控电源,设计出一套过欠压保护器的测试系统。通过实验表明,该系统能够达到测试的标准要求,并明显提高了测试效率。
The traditional overvoltage and undervoltage protector action characteristic test is mainly to calculate the action time by manually adjusting the voltage regulator to the required overvoltage value or undervoltage value and then using the output waveform value of the oscilloscope to calculate the action time.The action time is cumbersome,.This paper has done related researches on the automatic test system of overvoltage and undervoltage,relying on the LabVIEW software platform and program-controlled power supply,to design a test system of overvoltage and undervoltage protectors.The test shows that the system can meet the test requirements and greatly improve the work efficiency.
