GS1标准在福建省“一品一码”追溯体系中的实施现状及建议

Implementation Status and Suggestions of GS1 Standard in ‘One Product,One Code’Traceability System in Fujian Province

作为福建省“一品一码”全过程追溯体系建设工作的基础保障,GS1标准对促进食品安全状况的有效提升发挥着积极作用。文中总结了3项以GS1标准为基础的食品质量安全追溯码地方标准的实施现状,以及围绕标准在实施过程中遇到的问题展开思考和探讨。

As the basic guarantee for the construction of the whole process traceability system of ‘one product,one code’in Fujian Province,The GS1 standard play a positive role in promoting the effective improvement of the food safety situation.The paper summarizes the implementation status of three local standards for food quality and safety traceability codes based on GS1 standards,and discusses the problems encountered in the implementation process.
