高质量发展背景下文化产业园区创新发展的模式与路径——“文化产业园区创新发展高峰论坛”综述

Model and Path of Innovative Development of Cultural Industrial Parks under the Background of High-Quality Development——Summary of the“Summit on Innovative Development of Cultural Industrial Parks”

2022年8月7日,“文化产业园区创新发展高峰论坛”于武汉召开。文化产业领域专家学者围绕文化产业园区的规范发展、文化产业园区创新发展模式、国家级文化产业示范园区创建的武昌实践等议题展开探讨交流,并针对“十四五”时期文化产业园区创新发展路径形成如下五点共识:重塑发展面向,从文化产业园区向文化创意城区转变;以文化资源活化利用为立足点,打造内生动力;创新发展模式,从地租模式向全产业链生态模式升级;推进科技创新,以文化科技融合为园区创新发展赋能;构建创意生态,从资源驱动向创新驱动转变。

On August 7,2022,the"Summit on Innovative Development of Cultural Industrial Parks"was held in Wuhan.Scholars in the field of cultural industries discussed on topics such as the standardized development and the innovative development model of cultural industrial parks,and the practices of creating national-level cultural industrial demonstration park in Wuchang.Scholars have reached the following five points of consensus regarding the innovative development path of cultural industrial parks during the“14th Five-Year Plan”period:reshape the development orientation,and transform from the cultural industrial park to the cultural and creative city;take the activation and utilization of cultural resources as a foothold to create endogenous power;innovate the development model,and upgrade from the land rent model to the whole industry chain ecological model;promote scientific and technological innovation,and empower the innovative development of the park with the integration of culture and technology;build a creative ecology,and transform from resource-driven to innovation-driven.
