黄芪建中汤加减联合四联疗法对Hp阳性胃溃疡患者Hp清除率及复发率的影响

Effect of Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction Combined with Quadruple Therapy on Hp Clearance Rate and Recurrence Rate in Patients with Hp Positive Gastric Ulcer

目的探究黄芪建中汤加减方联合四联疗法对幽门螺杆菌(Hp)阳性胃溃疡患者的Hp清除率及复发率的影响。方法选取我院2019年9月-2021年5月收治的感染Hp胃溃疡患者260例,随机分为对照组与联合治疗组,各130例。对照组予以四联疗法治疗,联合治疗组予以黄芪建中汤加减方联合四联疗法治疗。比较两组药物治疗的临床疗效、Hp清除率和随访停药3个月后的复发率,并观察治疗期间药物不良反应发生情况。结果联合治疗组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05);联合治疗组胃脘痛、反酸嗳气、纳差、口苦、口臭、大便干燥评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);联合治疗组Hp清除率为93.08%,高于对照组的58.46%(P<0.05);停药3个月后,联合治疗组Hp复发率为2.31%,低于对照组的15.38%(P<0.05)。结论黄芪建中汤加减联合四联疗法对感染Hp胃溃疡患者具有良好的临床疗效,对Hp具有高清除率、低复发率的作用,能有效改善患者预后,预防复发。

Objective To explore the effect of Huangqi Jianzhong decoction combined with quadruple therapy on helicobacter pylori(Hp)clearance rate and recurrence rate in patients with Hp positive gastric ulcer.Methods A total of 260 patients with Hp gastric ulcer admitted to our hospital from September 2019 to May 2021 were randomly divided into control group and combined treatment group,with 130 cases in each group.The control group was treated with quadruple therapy,and the combined treatment group was treated with Huangqi Jianzhong decoction combined with quadruple therapy.The clinical efficacy,Hp clearance rate and recurrence rate after 3 months of drug withdrawal were compared between the two groups,and the adverse drug reactions during treatment were observed.Results The clinical efficacy of the combined treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of epigastric pain,acid regurgitation,belching,anorexia,bitter taste,halitosis and dry stool in the combined treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The eradication rate of Hp in the combined treatment group was 93.08%,which was higher than 58.46%in the control group(P<0.05).After 3 months of withdrawal,the recurrence rate of Hp in the combined treatment group was 2.31%,which was lower than 15.38%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Huangqi Jianzhong decoction combined with quadruple therapy has a good clinical effect on patients with Hp gastric ulcer.It has a high clearance rate and low recurrence rate for Hpi,which can effectively improve the prognosis of patients and prevent recurrence.
