中医药治疗幽门螺杆菌相关性胃溃疡研究

Study on Traditional Chinese Medicine Treatment of Helicobacter Pylori Associated Gastric Ulcer

幽门螺杆菌相关性胃溃疡是临床常见消化性溃疡疾病,以慢性节律性上腹痛为主要表现,现以西药联合治疗为主,虽取得一定疗效,但存在根治难、复发率高、副作用多等缺陷,难以达到理想效果。而中医药治疗该病以辩证论治为整体方案,通过恢复胃土生理、平调五脏功能达到治愈目的,力求标本兼治,对其病情转归具有重要意义。本文从该病的病因病机入手,对中医药治疗幽门螺杆菌相关性胃溃疡的研究进行综述。

Helicobacter pylori-associated gastric ulcer is a common clinical peptic ulcer disease,with chronic rhythmic upper abdominal pain as the main manifestation.At present,western medicine combined treatment is the main treatment.Although it has achieved certain curative effect,there are some defects such as difficult radical cure,high recurrence rate and many side effects,which are difficult to achieve the ideal standard.The Chinese medicine treatment of the disease dialectical treatment as a whole program,by restoring the stomach soil physiology,regulating the function of the five internal organs to achieve the purpose of cure,and strive to treat both symptoms and root causes,the outcome of the disease is of great significance.This article on the etiology and pathogenesis of the disease,Chinese medicine treatment of Helicobacter pylori associated gastric ulcer research progress were reviewed.
