摘要
水资源开发利用分区对于加强水资源管理具有重要意义。首先,在理清水资源开发利用分区概念内涵基础上根据分区原则构建分区指标体系,并利用R型聚类分析筛选贡献度高的指标。其次,以系统聚类方法为基础,利用轮廓系数确定最佳聚类数目,采用假设检验进行分组有效性检验以确保聚类结果的合理有效。最后将定性分区结果与系统聚类分析结果相结合得到水资源开发利用分区。以宁夏回族自治区为例展开相关应用,结果将宁夏回族自治区分为5类地区,各类地区具有显著差异,分区有效,可为加强宁夏水资源管理提供支撑。
The zoning for water resources development and utilization is of great significance for strengthening water resources management. Firstly, on the basis of clarifying the concept of zoning for the development and utilization of water resources, a zoning index system was constructed according to the principle of zoning, and representative indicators were screened by R-type cluster analysis. Secondly, based on the systematic clustering method, contour coefficients was used to determine the optimal number of clusters, and Wilks distribution for testing the effectiveness of grouping was carried out to ensure the rationality and effectiveness of clustering results. Finally, the qualitative partitioning results and the systematic clustering analysis results were intersected to obtain the zoning results for water resources development and utilization. Taking Ningxia as an example to carry out related applications, Ningxia was divided into 5 types of regions, which have significant differences in various regions and the zoning is effective. The result can provide support for strengthening water resources management in Ningxia.
