突发公共卫生事件下急诊护士心理弹性及其影响因素研究

Research on the resilience and influencing factors of emergency nurses under Public Health Emergencies

目的了解突发公共卫生事件下急诊护士的心理弹性情况,分析其影响因素并提出针对性干预措施,以保障急诊护士身心健康,顺利应对各类突发事件提供决策依据。方法采用便利抽样法,选取上海市某区5所三级综合性医院的137名急诊护士作为研究对象,使用一般资料问卷、突发公共卫生事件应对问卷、心理弹性量表(CD-RISC)进行调查。结果突发公共卫生事件中急诊护理人员心理弹性总分为(59.46±13.59)分,低于我国常模(65.40±13.90)分,力量性维度平均(2.56±0.59)分,得分最高。二元Logistic回归分析显示近期(3个月)有无职场紧张感以及有无职场暴力经历、突发公共卫生事件处理流程掌握情况、突发公共卫生事件工作量和时长的感受为突发公共卫生事件中急诊护理人员心理弹性影响因素。结论突发公共卫生事件中急诊护士心理弹性偏低,管理者应加强突发公共卫生事件管理机制,提早进行干预,提高或维系急诊护士心理弹性,保障身心健康,顺利应对突发公共卫生事件。

Objective To understand the psychological resilience of emergency nurses in public health emergencies,analyze their influencing factors targeted interventions to ensure the physical and mental health of emergency nurses and provide decision-making basis for smooth response to various emergencies.Methods A total of 137 emergency nurses who had experienced public health emergencies in five general hospitals were selected as the research subjects by convenient sampling method,and the general data questionnaire,public health emergency response questionnaire,and psychological elasticity scale(CD-RISC)were used for investigation.Results The total score of psychological resilience of emergency care workers in public health emergencies was(59.46±13.59)and the average score of strength dimension(2.56±0.59)was the highest.Binary Logistics regression analysis shows whether there is workplace tension in the recent(three months),whether there is workplace violence experience,the mastery of the handling process of public health emergencies,the workload and duration of public health emergencies are the factors affecting the psychological resilience of emergency care personnel in public health emergencies.Conclusion In public health emergencies,the psychological resilience of emergency nurses is low,and managers should strengthen the management mechanism of public health emergencies,intervene in psychological crises in advance,improve or maintain the psychological resilience of emergency nurses,ensure the physical and mental health of emergency nurses,and smoothly respond to public health emergencies.
