1010例药源性呃逆回顾性分析

Retrospective analysis of 1010 cases of drug-induced hiccup

目的调查并分析药源性呃逆的药物种类及临床特点。方法在中国知网、中国医院数字图书馆和中华医学期刊全文数据库平台,以“呃逆”、“膈肌痉挛”、“药源性呃逆”、“打嗝”为关键词,检索从建库至2021年12月31日的相关文献,进行回顾性分析。结果共检索出224篇,报道药物所致呃逆1010例,共96种药物,主要为抗菌药物和肾上腺皮质激素。其中男851例,女159例,男女比例为5.35∶1,分布于各年龄段。结论引起呃逆的药物种类多样,主要为糖皮质激素地塞米松和抗菌药物,男性多发,具体机制有待研究。

Objective To investigate and analyze the types of drugs and clinical characteristics of drug-induced hiccup.Methods Related literatures from the establishment of the database to December 31,2021 were retrieved on CNKI,Digital Library of China Hospital and Full-text database of Chinese Medical Journals using the keywords"hiccup","diaphragmic spasm","drug-induced hiccup"and"hiccup".Results A total of 224 articles were retrieved,1010 cases of hiccup caused by drugs were reported.96 kinds of drugs,mainly antibiotics and adrenal corticosteroids.There were 851 males and 159 females,with a male to female ratio of 5.35∶1,distributed in all ages.Conclusion There are various kinds of drugs causing hiccup,including glucocorticoid dexamethasone and antibiotics.Males are more common,and the specific mechanism remains to be studied.
