基于数值模拟的铝合金差压铸造过程工艺优化

摘要 运用ProCAST软件对差压铸造A356铝合金铸件的温度场进行了模拟,并基于porosity缩松判据分析了铸件易出现缩松缩孔缺陷的位置。根据差压铸造升液管作为充型与补缩通道的特性,结合模拟结果,通过增加铸造模具水冷管道的方式对凝固过程的温度场进行优化,加强凝固过程的补缩,使铸件实现了顺序凝固,从而减少了缩松缩孔,大幅度提升了铸件的冶金质量。 The temperature field of counter-pressure casting A356aluminum alloy castings was simulated by using ProCAST software,and the locations of where shrinkage and porosity defects are apt to occur in the castings were analyzed based on the shrinkage porosity criterion.Using the lift tube as the feeding and filling channel,combined with the simulation results,the temperature field of the solidification process,strengthen the feeding of solidification process,then progressive solidification was realized,thus the shrinkage porosity was reduced,and the metallurgical quality of castings was greatly improved.
