摘要
对SUS630不锈钢的电弧熔丝增材工艺进行了分析,对比了不同焊接参数对焊道区域的组织性能与形貌轮廓的影响,并建立了焊道截面轮廓预测模型。进行了两焊道搭接实验,确定了合理的搭接距离,并得到了单层增材后的等效高度计算模型。根据所建立的模型,能够进一步指导三维几何模型的增材路径规划。
The wire arc additive manufacturing process of SUS630stainless steel was analyzed,the effects of different welding parameters on the microstructure,mechanical properties and morphology profile of single weld bead were compared,and the prediction model for weld bead profile was established.The experiment of two weld bead overlapping was also carried out,the reasonable overlapping distance was determined,and the calculation formula of equivalent height after each layer material addition is obtained.According to the formula of lap distance and layered height,the path planning of three-dimensional additive manufacturing can be further realized.
