摘要
分析了管接头的工艺特性,重点介绍了管接头锻造模具的设计。此模具将滚挤型槽加工在锁扣上,使模块的尺寸较传统设计减小了20%;终锻型槽局部设计了双仓飞边,避免了裂纹的产生。用此模具生产的锻件质量稳定,达到了设计要求。
The process characteristics of the pipe joint is analyzed.The design of pipe joint forging die and device is introduced.In this die the rolling groove is arranged on the lock,which reduces the size of the module by 20%compared with the traditional design.For the final forging groove,double-chamber flash is partially designed with double-chamber flashes to avoid cracks.The quality of the forgings produced by this die is stable and meets the design requirements.
