摘要
对3D打印技术应用专业进行了人才培养模式改革,构建了符合企业新型学徒制特点的“3+2双向赋能”人才培养模式,并在培养体系、课程体系、实践体系、平台建设等方面进行了系统设计,以期为3D打印技术应用专业人才培养提供可参照实施的模式,同时为企业新型学徒制的实践应用做出有益的探索。
The 3D printing technology application major of Beijing Industry and Trade Technicians College has carried out the reform of the talent training model,and constructed a talent training model of"3+2two-way empowerment"that conforms to the characteristics of the new apprenticeship system of enterprises,practice system,platform construction and other aspects have been systematically designed,in order to provide a model that can be implemented by reference for the training of 3Dprinting technology application professionals,and at the same time to make useful explorations for the practical application of the new enterprise apprenticeship system.
