共情护理联合行动导向宣教床对直肠癌造口患者病耻感及胃肠道功能的影响

Effect of Empathy Nursing Combined with Action-oriented Education Bed on Stigma and Gastrointestinal Function in Rectal Cancer Patients with Colostomy

目的探究共情护理联合行动导向宣教床对直肠癌造口患者病耻感及胃肠道功能的影响。方法以2020年9月~2021年8月医院收治的45例直肠癌造口患者作为本次研究对象,将其设为研究组(n=22,共情护理联合行动导向宣教法)与对照组(n=23,常规健康宣教法),比较两组患者造口周围皮肤并发症、胃肠功能恢复情况。结果研究组患者社会影响量表、生活质量量表评分优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者CPSS评分(27.37±2.64)、CFS评分(18.38±2.45)低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组造口周围皮肤并发症发生率(31.82%)低于对照组(65.22%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组恢复进餐时间(5.46±1.54)d、造口排气时间(6.75±0.60)d、造口排便时间(8.43±0.56)d等各项胃肠道功能恢复时间早于对照组(P<0.05)。结论共情护理结合行动导向教育宣讲,能显著降低直肠癌造口患者的羞耻感,缓解其内心痛苦,增加胃肠功能的恢复,减少并发症的风险,改善患者健康情况。

Objective To explore the effect of empathy nursing combined with action-oriented education bed on stigma and gastrointestinal function in rectal cancer patients with colostomy.Methods From September 2020 to August 2021,45 patients with rectal cancer stoma admitted to the hospital were selected as the research objects,They were divided into study group(n=22,empathy nursing combined action-oriented education method)and control group(n=23,routine health education method).The skin complications around stoma and the recovery of gastrointestinal function were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of social impact scale and quality of life scale in the study group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The CPSS score and CFS score of the study group were(27.37±2.64)and(18.38±2.45)lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of skin complications around stoma in the study group(31.82%)was lower than that in the control group(65.22%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recovery time of gastrointesti⁃nal function in the study group was(5.46±1.54)d,(6.75±0.60)d,(8.43±0.56)d,and(5.46±1.54)d respectively(P<0.05).Conclusions Empathy nursing combined with action-oriented education can significantly reduce the shame of rectal cancer patients with colostomy,relieve their inner pain,increase the recovery of gastrointestinal function,reduce the risk of complications,and improve the health of patients.
