淋巴结转移癌中脂代谢改变的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 肿瘤淋巴结转移常提示较差的预后,淋巴管生成是肿瘤细胞淋巴结转移的前期准备,为肿瘤的淋巴结转移奠定了基础。淋巴结微环境中的免疫抑制细胞通过复杂的免疫负性调节作用促进肿瘤的存活定植。细胞因子作为主要的信号分子,能够重塑淋巴结微环境,以利于肿瘤的转移。脂类是机体三大营养物质之一,是机体的重要能量来源,可维持细胞膜结构完整性,也是信号转导的重要成分。脂代谢涉及脂质的合成与分解代谢等一系列过程,对肿瘤细胞在淋巴结的存活、定植和克隆增殖具有重要作用。因此,本文就淋巴管形成,淋巴结微环境中免疫细胞及细胞因子与脂代谢的关系作一综述,并对靶向脂代谢药物进行总结。 Lymph node metastases often indicate a poor prognosis and lymphangiogenesis is the early preparation for lymph node metastasis,which lays the foundation for lymph node metastasis. Immunosuppressive cells in the lymphatic microenviroment can promote the survival and colonization of tumor cells through complex immune negative regulation. Cytokines,as major signaling molecules,can remodel the lymph node environment to facilitate tumor metastasis. Lipids are one of the three major nutrients in our body,which are main source of energy and can maintain the structural integrity of cell membranes and as the important components of signal transduction. As we all know,lipid metabolism involves a series of processes such as lipid synthesis and catabolism,and plays an important role in the survival,colonization and proliferation of tumor cells in lymph nodes. Here we review the relationship between lymphangiogenesis,immune cells and cytokines in the lymph node microenvironment and lipid metabolism,and finally summarize the drugs which targeting lipid metabolism.
