水蛭素是一种高效的天然凝血酶特异性抑制剂,具有抗凝血、抗血栓、促进微血管生成、抗纤维化、抗肿瘤、抗高尿酸血症、改善脑出血、抗动脉粥样硬化和改善糖尿病并发症等多种药理作用,可用于多种疾病的临床治疗。本文对近年来水蛭素药理作用相关的国内外文献进行分析和总结,为水蛭素的进一步研究和开发应用提供参考。

Hirudin is a kind of highly effective natural thrombin specific inhibitor.It has many pharmacological effects,such as anticoagulation,antithrombosis,angiogenesis promotion,anti-fibrosis,antitumor,anti-hyperuricemia,cerebral hemorrhage improvement,anti-atherosclerosis and diabetic complications improvement.It can be used for clinical treatment of various diseases.The domestic and foreign literatures related to the pharmacological effects of hirudin in recent years are analyzed and summarized,so as to provide references for the further research,development and applicatio n of hirudin.
