思维导航引领教育在低年资护理人员急腹症分诊培训中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 目的观察思维导航引领教育在低年资护理人员急腹症分诊培训中的应用效果。方法选取广东医科大学附属第二医院(我院)2020年11月至2021年6月240例急腹症患者和24名急救中心护理人员,将2020年11月至2021年2月在常规式急腹症教育后于我院由低年资护理人员分诊的急腹症患者和接受常规式急腹症教育的12名护理人员分为对照组,将2021年3—6月思维导航引领教育后于我院由低年资护理人员分诊的急腹症患者和接受思维导航引领教育的12名护理人员分为试验组。比较两组护理人员干预后分诊准确率,干预后患者急诊候诊时间和获得确诊时间,干预后护理人员考核成绩及患者对护理的满意度。结果试验组急腹症患者分诊准确率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组急腹症患者急诊候诊时间与获得确诊时间显著短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,试验组护理人员理论考核、实践考核成绩均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组患者满意度为95.83%,明显高于对照组的77.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用思维导航引领教育对低年资护理人员开展急腹症分诊培训,可显著提高低年资护理人员急腹症分诊准确率,缩短患者候诊时间与确诊时间,提高低年资护理人员的个人能力以及患者的护理满意度。 Objective To observe the application effect of thinking guidance education in acute abdomen triage training for junior nurses.Methods A total of 240 patients with acute abdomen and 24 nurses in the Emergency Center of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Guangdong Medical University(our hospital)from November 2020 to June 2021 were selected.The patients with acute abdomen who were triaged by junior nurses in our hospital from November 2020 to February 2021 after routine acute abdomen education and 12 nurses who received routine acute abdomen education were divided into the control group.The patients with acute abdomen who were triaged by junior nurses in our hospital from March to June 2021 after the thinking guidance education and 12 nurses who received the thinking guidance education were divided into the experimental group.The triage accuracy after nurse intervention,the waiting time in emergency department and the time to obtain diagnosis of patients after intervention,the evaluation results of nurses after intervention and the satisfaction of patients with nursing were compared between the two groups.Results The triage accuracy of acute abdomen patients in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The waiting time in emergency department and the time to obtain diagnosis in the experimental group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After intervention,the theoretical examination and practical examination results of nursing staff in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The satisfaction of patients in the experimental group(95.83%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(77.50%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The acute abdomen triage training for junior nurses with thinking guidance education can significantly improve the triage accuracy of acute abdomen by junior nurses,shorten the waiting time and diagnosis time,and enhance the personal ability of junior nurses and increase patients’satisfaction with nursing.
