PDCA循环教学法在呼吸内科临床教学中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨PDCA循环教学法在呼吸内科临床教学中的应用效果。方法选取2019年6月至2022年5月于福建医科大学附属南平第一医院呼吸内科进行规培的临床专业的规培生60名作为研究对象。按随机数表法将所选规培生分为研究组与对照组,每组各30名,对照组规培生给予传统方法进行教学,研究组规培生则给予PDCA循环教学法进行教学。比较两组规培生的理论考核成绩、实践考核成绩、总成绩、学习积极性及满意度。结果研究组规培生理论考核成绩、实践考核成绩和总成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组规培生学习积极性高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组规培生对带教方式满意度及对带教态度满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论PDCA循环教学法能使呼吸内科临床教学更加灵活,这不仅激发了规培生的学习积极性,提高其对专业知识的掌握能力,还能明显提高规培生对带教工作的满意度,在临床工作中值得广泛推广。 Objective To explore the application effect of PDCA cycle teaching method in clinical teaching of respiratory department.Methods A total of 60 cases of students majoring in clinical medicine,who received standardized training in Department of Respiratory of Nanping First Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University from June 2019 to May 2022 were selected as the rese arch objects.The selected trainees were divided into the study group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The trainees of the control group received the traditional clinical teaching,while the trainees of the study group received the PDCA cycle teaching.The theoretical,practical and total scores,learning enthusiasm and satisfaction of the two groups of trainees were compared.Results The theoretical,practical and total scores of trainees in the study group were higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The learning enthusiasm of trainees in the study group was higher than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The trainees’satisfactions with the teaching method and the teaching attitude in the study group were higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion PDCA cycle teaching method can make clinical teaching of respiratory department more flexible,which not only stimulates trainees’learning enthusiasm,but also improves their ability to master professional knowledge.It can also obviously improve the satisfaction of students receiving standardized training with teaching work,and therefore,it is worthy of wide promotion in clinical work.
