从“脾不散精”论治低血糖症

Discussion on the treatment of hypoglycemia from the theory"incapability of spleen to disperse essence"

低血糖症是由于各种原因引起的血浆葡萄糖浓度低于正常水平值所致的一种临床综合征,在糖尿病患者控制血糖中常见,且随着糖尿病发病率升高,低血糖症发生率也日益增多,反复发生低血糖症的糖尿病患者靶器官损害更严重,甚至增加病死风险。所以低血糖是糖尿病患者长期维持正常血糖水平的制约因素,因此低血糖风险最小化是糖尿病管理中需要解决的一个重要问题。本研究通过长期临床观察,采用中医药治疗低血糖症可以提高疗效,低血糖症应归属中医“虚劳”等范畴,以“脾不散精”论治低血糖症,采用健脾、升阳、散精为治疗大法,能够有效减少低血糖症的发生,并且平稳血糖的作用明显,能够起到“标本兼治”的效果。

Hypoglycemia is a clinical syndrome caused by blood glucose concentration lower than the normal level due to various reasons.It is common in the control of blood glucose in diabetes patients.With the increase of incidence of diabetes,the incidence of hypoglycemia is also increasing.Diabetes patients with recurrent hypoglycemia have more serious damage to target organs,for whom the risk of death is even increased.Therefore,hypoglycemia is a constraint for diabetes patients to maintain normal blood glucose levels for a long time,so minimizing the risk of hypoglycemia is an important problem to be solved in diabetes management.Through long-term clinical observation,we believe that the traditional Chinese medicine treatment of hypoglycemia can improve the efficacy.Hypoglycemia falls within the"consumptive disease"in traditional Chinese medicine.The treatment of hypoglycemia from the theory"incapability of spleen to disperse essence"with invigorating the spleen,promoting yang and dispersing essence as the treatment strategy can effectively reduce the occurrence of hypoglycemia,and the effect of stabilizing blood glucose is obvious,which can play the effect of"treating both symptoms and root causes".
