基于Pender模式的多媒体健康教育对胸腔镜下肺癌根治术后患者健康行为方式及康复效果的影响 被引量:4

Effect of multimedia health education based on Pender model on health behavior and rehabilitation of patients undergoing thoracoscopic lung neoplasms radical surgery

摘要 目的探讨基于Pender模式的多媒体健康教育方式对改善胸腔镜下行肺癌根治术患者的健康行为方式及康复效果的研究。方法选取如皋市人民医院2020年1月至2021年6月收治的行胸腔镜下肺癌根治术的112例患者作为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各56例。对照组给予常规的健康教育方式及护理干预,观察组联合应用基于Pender模式的多媒体健康教育方式,比较两组患者健康行为方式、手术效果、并发症、健康教育满意度。结果观察组患者人际关系、营养、个人目标、压力应对、健康责任、运动锻炼评分均明显高于对照组(t=9.242,8.639,4.731,7.378,4.517,4.620,P<0.01);观察组吸氧时间、术后第一次下床活动时间、住院时间均明显短于对照组(t=-11.994,-3.387,-2.917,P<0.01);观察组并发症总发生率为3.57%,明显低于对照组的14.29%(χ^(2)=3.953,P<0.05);观察组健康教育总满意度为94.64%,明显高于对照组的78.57%(χ^(2)=6.235,P<0.05)。结论基于Pender模式的多媒体健康教育,易于被胸腔镜下肺癌根治术患者所接受,有助于促进患者养成健康的行为方式,减少术后并发症的发生,从而提高手术治疗的效果。 Objective To explore the effect of multimedia health education based on Pender model on health behavior and rehabilitation of patients undergoing thoracoscopic lung neoplasms radical surgery.Methods A total of 112 patients undergoing thoracoscopic lung neoplasms radical surgery who were admitted to the People’s Hospital of Rugao from January 2020 to June 2021 were selected as the research subjects,and were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 56 patients in each group.The control group received routine health education and nursing intervention,while the observation group received routine nursing intervention combined with multimedia health education based on Pender model.The health behavior,surgery effect,complications,satisfaction of health education of patients in the two groups were compared.Results The scores of interpersonal relationships,nutrition,personal goal,stress response,health responsibility,and exercise in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(t=9.242,8.639,4.731,7.378,4.517,4.620,P<0.01).The duration of oxygen inhalation,off-bed activity time for the first time after operation and hospital stay in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in control group(t=-11.994,-3.387,-2.917,P<0.01).Total incidence of complications in the observation group(3.57%)were significantly lower than those in the control group(14.29%)(χ^(2)=3.953,P<0.05).The total satisfaction for health education of the observation group(94.64%)was obviously higher than the control group(78.57%)(χ^(2)=6.235,P<0.05).Conclusion The multimedia health education based on Pender model is easy to be accepted by patients undergoing thoracoscopic lung neoplasms radical surgery,and helps to promote the development of health behavior,reduce the occurrence of postsurgical complications,and improve the effect of surgical treatment.
