摘要
采用软化点、DSR(Dynamic Shear Rheometer)复合模量、相位角、不可恢复蠕变柔量分别评价不同水工沥青高温性能,并分析其对防渗层沥青混凝土斜坡流淌值的影响。试验结果表明水工沥青的软化点和不可恢复蠕变柔量与斜坡流淌有着较强的关联性。SBS(Styrene-butadiene-styrene)改性水工沥青的高温抗蠕变变形及其混凝土抗斜坡流淌性能明显优于普通水工沥青。利用软化点和0.1 kPa下的不可恢复蠕变柔量建立了水工沥青混凝土高温斜坡流淌值预测公式。
The softening point,complex modulus and phase angle were used to evaluate the high-temperature performance of hydraulic bitumen binders,and their influences on the slope flow of asphalt concrete of the impermeable layer were analyzed.The test results showed that the softening point and non-recoverable compliance of hydraulic bitumen binders had a strong correlation with the slope flow.The bitumen high temperature creep resistance and concrete slope flow resistance of SBS modified hydraulic bitumen were obviously better than those of ordinary hydraulic bitumen binders.The prediction equation of concrete slope flow was established on the basis of bitumen softening point and non-recoverable compliance.
