不同掺量细RAP的厂拌热再生AC-13路用性能研究 被引量:2

摘要 当前厂拌热再生技术在高速公路上多应用于中、下面层,对于上面层的应用相对较为慎重。该文采用实际高速公路上面层养护工程产生的细废旧料,通过室内试验对比不同RAP掺量下的再生混合料高温稳定性、水稳定性和低温抗裂性能。试验结果表明,随着细RAP掺量增加,再生混合料的高温稳定性得到提升,但水稳定性和低温抗裂性能随之降低,为保证综合路用性能建议细RAP掺量不超过30%。 The hot central plant recycling is mostly applied to the middle and lower layers on the highway,and the application for the upper layer is relatively cautious.This paper used fine waste materials produced in actual highway top layer maintenance project,and compared the high temperature stability,water stability and low temperature cracking resistance of the recycled mixes under different RAP dosages by indoor tests.The test results show that as the amount of fine RAP increases,the high temperature stability of the recycled mix improves,but the water stability and low temperature crack resistance decreases.To ensure comprehensive road performance,it is recommended that the amount of fine RAP admixture does not exceed 30%.
