摘要 大直径长距离输水管道通常采用顶管方式穿越公路、铁路、河道水渠。顶管方式穿越大截面人造主水渠时往往对河床及床底帷幕止水系统造成不同程度破坏,施工时也有透水、突水风险。采用托管钢桥跨越大截面主干河渠,安全可靠、经济适用。吊装悬拼组合法施工具有施工速度快、安全性强、线形好控制等优点,作为一种快速桥梁建造技术广泛用于地面不易搭设满堂支架、不具备全断面安放吊车等工况下施工。论文基于新疆某长距离大跨度引调输水工程应用实际,从托管钢桥吊装悬拼施工、应力监测等方面进行了概述。 The large-diameter long-distance water pipeline usually passes through roads,railways and river channels by pipe jacking.When the pipe jacking method is used to cross the man-made main channel with large section,the riverbed and the curtain water stop system at the bed bottom are often damaged to varying degrees,and there are also risks of water seepage and water inrush during construction.The supported steel bridge is used to span the main river channel with large section,which is safe,reliable,economical and applicable.The construction of lifting and erection by protrusion combined method has the advantages of fast construction speed,strong safety and good linear control.As a kind of rapid bridge construction technology,it is widely used in construction under conditions such as the ground is not easy to set up a full space bracket,and the crane is not equipped with a full section.Based on the practical application of a long-distance and large-span water diversion project in Xinjiang,this paper summarizes the erection by protrusion construction of the supported steel bridge,stress monitoring and other aspects.
