光伏玻璃企业班组体系指的是以班长为核心、以一线工人为主体,发挥班组协调配合能力、实现生产能力提升和技术水平提升的工作单元。企业班组人员体量有限,管理灵活、协调便利,具备执行力强、工作内容细致、任务落实迅速等优势。随着中建材宜兴新能源有限公司的快速发展,班组制的弊端开始显现出来。为此,公司学习阿米巴经营,用线长制来代替班组制,取得了良好的效果。
The working team system of photovoltaic glass enterprise refers to the work unit with the team leader as the core and the front-line workers as the main body,giving full play to the shift's coordination and cooperation ability,and realizing the improvement of production capacity and technical level.With a limited number of staff,the team is flexible in management and convenient in coordination,and has the advantages of strong execution ability,detailed work content and rapid implementation of tasks.With the rapid development of CNBM(Yixing)New Energy Resources Co,Ltd,the drawbacks of the working team system has begun to emerge.For this reason,the company learned Amoeba management and used the production line manager system to replace the working team system,which has achieved good results.
