摘要
水泥行业碳减排任务艰巨。钢渣既可以作为铁质校正原料用于水泥熟料生产,也具有替代部分非碳酸盐原料的特性,有较好的碳减排效果,为此基于LCA(Life Cycle Assessment)全生命周期评价方法从水泥生产的角度分析了钢渣制备硅酸盐水泥熟料的减碳效果。结果表明:在水泥熟料烧制过程中,配入3.5%钢渣时,每吨熟料可减少碳排放23.03 kg,每吨钢渣的碳减排贡献达657 kg;配入5%钢渣时,每吨熟料可减少碳排放35.23 kg,每吨钢渣的碳减排贡献达705 kg。
The carbon emission reduction is a very arduous task in cement industry.Steel slag can be used as ferreous material for cement clinker production,which has the characteristics of replacing some noncarbonate raw materials and good carbon emission reduction effect.So the carbon reduction effect of Portland cement clinker prepared with steel slag is analyzed from the perspective of cement production by using LCA(Life Cycle Assessment)method.The results show that when 3.5%steel slag is added into the cement clinker,the carbon emission of per ton clinker can be reduced by 23.03 kg,and the carbon emission contribution of per ton steel slag can be 657 kg.When 5%steel slag is added,the carbon emission of per ton clinker can be reduced by 35.23 kg,and the carbon emission reduction contribution of per ton steel slag can be 705 kg.
