摘要
针对框架式6082-T6铝合金车身后地板梁焊接变形问题,采用双椭球热源模型对MIG焊接过程进行模拟,研究了工装夹持位置、焊接顺序、焊接工艺对后地板梁焊接变形的影响规律。结果表明:工装夹持位置靠近焊缝产生的焊接变形小于工装夹持位置远离焊缝产生的焊接变形;对角焊接条件下产生的焊接变形小于顺序焊接条件下产生的焊接变形;焊接热输入较小时产生的焊接变形小于焊接热输入较大时产生的焊接变形。
The MIG welding process is simulated by using double ellipsoid heat source model to solve the problem of the welding deformation of rear floor beam frame of 6082-T6 aluminum alloy car body.The research was conducted on the influence of clamping position,welding sequence and welding process on welding deformation of rear floor beam.The results show that the welding deformation caused by clamping position close to the welding line is less than that caused by clamping position far away from the welding line;the welding deformation under diagonal welding condition is less than that under sequential welding condition;and the welding deformation with lower welding heat input is less than that with higher welding heat input.
