城市基础设施韧性研究综述

摘要 公共基础设施防灾减灾水平直接关系到城市抵御灾害风险的能力。在我国多座城市面临灾害的背景下,城市基础设施恢复力的研究越来越受到重视。以中国知网数据库基础设施相关文献为检索源,采用CiteSpace软件进行文献梳理和分析。在防灾减灾视角下,进行多层级和专题性研究。研究结果表明,基础设施建设倾向于信息化、数字化和智能化;灾前预防和灾后社会救助是城市防灾减灾的重点,应围绕防灾减灾重点工作开展灾害应急体系建设;对于城市基础设施韧性规划,应注意韧性的内涵、评价体系和影响因素的共同作用;城市基础设施韧性评价体系尚未完善,有必要基于基础设施特点和规律开展专门研究。 The level of disaster prevention and mitigation of public infrastructure is directly related to the ability of cities to resist disaster risks.Under the background of several cities facing disasters in our country,more and more attention is paid to the research of urban infrastructure resilience.The literature related to infrastructure in CNKI was used as the search source,and CiteSpace software was used to sort out and analyze the literature.From the perspective of disaster prevention and mitigation,multi-level and thematic research is carried out.The research results show that the infrastructure construction tends to be informationized,digitized and intelligent.Pre-disaster prevention and post-disaster social assistance are the key points of urban disaster prevention and mitigation.The construction of disaster emergency system should be carried out based on the key work of disaster prevention and mitigation.For urban infrastructure resilience planning,attention should be paid to the conformation of resilience,evaluation system and influencing factors.The evaluation system of urban infrastructure resilience is not yet perfect,and it is necessary to carry out special research based on the characteristics and rules of infrastructure.
