摘要
以模壳墙为研究对象,设计并制作4.7m高、1.7m宽、400mm厚模壳墙试验模型,模拟混凝土浇筑荷载,在模壳墙表面和拉结件上布设应变片,测试混凝土浇筑时模壳墙应变,对模壳墙受力进行分析。研究结果表明,随着混凝土浇筑高度的增加,模壳典型测点应变增大,位于模壳墙下部的测点应变增幅较大。当混凝土浇筑完成时,模壳表面应力沿模壳墙高度的分布规律基本为下大上小。随着混凝土浇筑高度的增加,拉结件应变增大。混凝土浇筑完成时,拉结件应力随模壳墙高度的变化线性规律不强。
Taking the formwork wall as the research object, a test model of 4.7 m high, 1.7 m wide and 400 mm thick formwork wall was designed and manufactured to simulate the concrete pouring load. Strain gauges were laid on the surface of the formwork wall and the tie pieces to test the strain of the formwork wall during concrete pouring and analyze the stress of the formwork wall. The research results show that with the increase of concrete pouring height, the strain of typical measuring points of the formwork increases, and the strain of measuring points located at the lower part of the formwork wall increases greatly. When the concrete pouring is completed, the distribution of the surface stress of the formwork along the height of the formwork wall is basically large in the lower part and small in the upper part. With the increase of concrete pouring height, the strain of the tie pieces increases. When the concrete pouring is completed, the linear law of the stress of the tie pieces with the height of the formwork wall is not strong.
