摘要
核电站燃料厂房主要用于核燃料装卸、运输和贮存,厂房内布置的乏燃料水池和反应堆换料水池构成冷却和处理系统,其中运输装置主要为乏燃料水池桥式起重机,位于乏燃料水池大厅上部,并安装于大厅南北侧墙体双层混凝土牛腿上,以满足水池大厅内不同吊装运输需求。对混凝土分层浇筑、牛腿施工、精度控制技术等进行研究,克服牛腿施工时传统满堂支撑架无法架设、精度要求高等难题,达到良好施工效果。
The nuclear power plant fuel plant is mainly used for nuclear fuel loading, unloading, transportation and storage. The spent fuel pools and reactor refuelling pools arranged in the plant constitute the cooling and processing system, where the transportation device is mainly a spent fuel pool overhead crane, located in the upper part of the spent fuel pool hall, and installed on the double concrete angle-table of the north and south walls of the hall to meet the different lifting and transportation requirements in the pool hall. Concrete layering, angle-table support construction and accuracy control technology were studied to overcome the difficulties of traditional full hall support frame in angle-table construction and the high accuracy requirements to achieve good construction results.
