摘要
以上海某剧院大修前结构安全性检测评估为依托,介绍现场检测主要内容、方法及检测结果,结合原设计图纸、现场检测结果,采用PKPM,SAP2000软件建立房屋主体结构验算模型,对结构承载力进行验算。通过对房屋使用现状进行分析,结合承载力验算结果、抗震性能分析结果,综合评估房屋结构安全性,为后续大修及改造提供技术依据。研究结果表明,房屋主体结构安全性总体满足规范要求,房屋现有损伤对房屋主体结构尚无明显影响,但对房屋正常使用、耐久性及耐火性造成一定影响,应对房屋现有损伤采取合适措施进行维修处理。
Relying on the structural safety inspection and evaluation of a theater in Shanghai before overhaul, this paper introduces the main content, methods and inspection results of site inspection. Combined with the original design drawings and site inspection results, a checking model was established to check the primary members of the building by PKPM and SAP2000. The structural safety of the building was evaluated through analysis on the current using situation, the checking results of bearing capacity and the seismic evaluation of the whole structure. The results provided a technical basis for the subsequent overhaul and transformation. The research results show that the structural security of the building can meet the requirement of the codes, the damage of the building has no significant effect on the main structure, but has some influence on the usability, durability and refractoriness, suitable measures should be taken to restore the existing damage of the building.
