带有缺陷的全灌浆套筒连接件受拉性能数值模拟

摘要 为探究施工缺陷给装配式结构带来的影响,对带有灌浆缺陷的全灌浆套筒力学行为进行了有限元分析。根据缺陷位置和缺陷长度,建立6组不同缺陷的全灌浆套筒试件模型,分析试件的极限荷载、极限位移和荷载-位移曲线。结果表明,缺陷对试件的影响随着缺陷长度的增加而变大;缺陷长度相同时,中部缺陷对试件的影响大于端部缺陷。 In order to investigate the effects of construction defects on the prefabricated structure,finite element analysis was performed on the mechanical behavior of full grouting sleeves with grouting defects.According to the defect location and defect length,six sets of full grouting sleeve specimens with different defects were modelled and the ultimate load,ultimate displacement and load-displacement curves of the specimens were analysed.The results show that the influence of the defects on the specimens becomes larger with the increase of the defect length.When the defects are of the same length,the influence of the central defects on the specimens is larger than that of the end defects.
