摘要
ASP水箱为华龙一号三代核电新增非能动不锈钢水箱,内衬为超大环形不锈钢覆面,基于ASP水箱结构形式,采用模块化车间预制、现场分模块吊装就位的施工工艺,减小现场作业难度,提升安装质量。防城港二期核岛土建工程的成功应用,证明了ASP水箱模块化施工技术的可行性,不仅达到了预期目的,同时形成了车间的流水化、模块化作业,大量节省了ASP水箱现场安装时间。
The ASP water tank is a new non-energy stainless steel water tank for Hualong One Generation III nuclear power,lined with a large ring-shaped stainless steel cladding.Based on the structural form of the ASP water tank,the construction process of modular workshop prefabrication and on-site sub-module lifting in place was adopted to reduce the difficulty of on-site operations and improve the quality of installation.The successful application of the civil construction project of Fangchenggang II nuclear island has proved the feasibility of the modular construction technology of the ASP water tank,which not only achieved the expected purpose,but also formed the flowing modular operation of the workshop,saving a lot of time for the on-site installation of the ASP water tank.
