核电站大尺寸薄壁钢衬里底板施工技术 被引量:2

摘要 华龙一号钢衬里底板由多张钢板预制拼接而成,底板安装平整度要求高,由于钢板较薄且底板分块尺寸大,在翻身和吊装过程中极易产生变形,吊装变形控制难度大。为避免底板模块因局部弯曲受力过大引起塑性变形,根据底板模块重心,合理设置吊装吊耳,实现吊装时的变形控制,保证最终底板安装精度满足设计要求。 The steel liner bottom plate of Hualong One is prefabricated and splice by multiple steel plates,and the installation flatness of the bottom plate is required to be high.Due to the thin steel plate and large block size of the bottom plate,deformation is easy to occur in the process of turning over and lifting,which makes it difficult to control the lifting deformation.In order to avoid plastic deformation caused by excessive local bending force of the floor module,lifting lugs are reasonably set according to the center of gravity of the floor module to realize deformation control during lifting and ensure that the final installation accuracy of the floor meets the design requirements.
